Activation details
You need an existing Discord account. Choose a plan, complete payment, then follow the activation instructions on your protected order page.
For account upgrade, provide your account login, password and a backup code if two-factor authentication is enabled. For live QR activation, contact support first and remain online while we activate your plan.
Do not enter passwords or backup codes in public checkout notes.
Refunds and support
If activation cannot be completed, contact us with your order ID. Eligible replacement or refund requests are handled under our refund policy.
