Account Safety at FmatrMarket

Some FmatrMarket products are delivered as keys or codes you redeem yourself. Others are activated on your account by a human operator, which requires a short window of access. This page explains when account access is needed, when it is not, how FmatrMarket minimizes credential handling, and what you can do to keep your accounts in good shape. It also lists the guarantees FmatrMarket does not make.

When account access may be required

Products that upgrade an existing account typically require temporary access. Examples include certain streaming and productivity upgrades applied directly to your own account. In these cases, FmatrMarket requests only what the activation requires, for example a login email and a one-time password for the activation window.

When account access is not required

Many products are delivered without any account access:

  • PlayStation Turkey game keys and other redeemable codes.
  • Most gaming credits and gift balances.
  • Standalone subscription keys you redeem on the platform yourself.

For these products, you redeem the key or code yourself and FmatrMarket never sees your account password.

Credential minimization

FmatrMarket collects the minimum information needed to complete a specific order. Where a login is necessary for activation, credentials are used only during the activation window. FmatrMarket does not retain passwords long-term, does not use them for any purpose other than the activation you ordered, and does not share them with third parties.

Temporary access best practices

  • Set a one-time password before you share credentials and rotate it immediately after delivery confirmation.
  • If your account supports app-based two-factor authentication, keep it enabled. Share a time-bound one-time code only if the activation requires it.
  • Use a password manager so rotating credentials is quick and easy.
  • Do not reuse your account password across other services.
  • Review your account sessions list after delivery and sign out of any unknown sessions.

Delivery and activation boundaries

Operators perform only the action needed to deliver your order. They do not change your account recovery email, recovery phone number, billing address, or any setting unrelated to the activation. If you believe an unrelated change was made, contact support immediately.

What customers should do after delivery

  • Verify that the upgrade, key, or code is active on the platform.
  • Rotate any temporary password you shared for the activation.
  • Review recent account activity and sign out unknown sessions.
