FmatrMarket sells two kinds of digital products: keys or codes you redeem yourself, and subscriptions or upgrades that our support team helps you activate after payment. This page explains the safety rules we follow, what we never ask for on this website, and the steps you can take to keep your accounts in good shape.
We never ask for your account password on this website
fmatrmarket.com does not collect third-party account passwords through any public form. Our checkout asks only for the contact email where we will send your order updates and, where useful, an optional account identifier (your username or the email on the platform you want upgraded). No password input appears on a public page on this site.
How manual upgrade products work
For products that require human-assisted activation (some streaming subscriptions, account upgrades, regional store purchases, and similar), the flow is:
- You place the order and pay on fmatrmarket.com using only your contact email.
- Our support team contacts you securely after payment — usually on Telegram or WhatsApp, or by reply to your order email.
- If additional information is needed to complete the activation, our support team explains what it is and you provide it through that secure channel — not through a form on fmatrmarket.com.
- The activation is completed and you receive a confirmation on your order page and by email.
We will never ask you to enter your account password into fmatrmarket.com. If you ever see a public page on this site asking for a third-party account password, do not enter it — please report it to [email protected] right away.
Products delivered without any account access
Many products do not require any account access at all. You redeem the key or code yourself on the platform:
- PlayStation Turkey game keys and other redeemable codes.
- Most gaming credits and gift balances.
- Standalone subscription keys you redeem on the platform yourself.
For these products, you redeem the key or code on the platform's own site and FmatrMarket never sees any account credentials.
Data minimization
FmatrMarket collects the minimum information needed to complete a specific order. The public checkout form asks for your contact email and, where useful, an optional account identifier. Any further information that may be required for a specific activation is requested by our support team through a secure channel after payment, never on a public page.
Good account hygiene (general advice)
- Use a unique password on each platform — never reuse one across services.
- Turn on app-based two-factor authentication wherever it is available.
- Use a password manager so a unique password per service is easy to maintain.
- Review your account session list periodically and sign out of any sessions you do not recognize.
- If you ever shared anything with anyone for any reason, rotate it as soon as you are done.
Delivery and activation boundaries
When our support team helps activate a subscription or upgrade, they perform only the action needed to deliver your order. They do not change your account recovery email, recovery phone number, billing address, or any setting unrelated to the activation. If you believe an unrelated change was made, contact support immediately.
What customers should do after delivery
- Verify that the upgrade, key, or code is active on the platform.
- Review recent account activity and sign out of any sessions you do not recognize.
- Keep the order confirmation and any keys or codes until you no longer need the service.
- If anything looks off, contact support within the refund window referenced on the refund policy page.
What FmatrMarket does not guarantee
- FmatrMarket does not claim that any platform explicitly allows cross-region purchasing through its terms of service.
- FmatrMarket does not guarantee that a subscription is immune to platform-side policy changes or enforcement actions in the future.
- FmatrMarket does not present any product as zero-risk or as permanently active regardless of how the underlying platform evolves.
